1. General Information
FORMA operates this website and sells custom, handmade furniture. All our products are created in our workshop in Barcelona, Spain. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the nature of artisanal production, including potential variations in texture, color, and finish.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
FORMA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
3. Product Information
All our products are handmade, meaning each piece is unique. Due to the nature of our production process:
Variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected. These are not defects but characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.
Product images displayed on our website and social media may differ slightly from the delivered item.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are made-to-order and require full payment at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in [Currency] and include applicable VAT for customers within the EU. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
FORMA reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders where incorrect prices were displayed.
5. Production Time
Each product is individually handcrafted. Production typically takes 30–35 business days, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the order or external factors.
Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order enters production and a notification once the item has shipped.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated during checkout.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For deliveries within Spain, we offer an option that includes home delivery and assembly. For international deliveries, items are delivered to street level unless otherwise specified.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on returns, refunds, and cancellations. Key points include:
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is returned in its original, unused condition.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product, and damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours.
8. Warranty
FORMA is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Aesthetic imperfections due to the handmade process are not considered defects.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of FORMA and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
FORMA will not be liable for:

Delays in production or delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or shipping carrier disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
