Refund Policy
At FORMA, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, please note that customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified. In such cases, FORMA will address and resolve the issue within 40 business days through repair or replacement.
Returns and Cancellations
If a return is requested for a non-defective item, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for returning the product in perfect, unused condition to our designated warehouse.
Cancellation fees may apply once a tracking code has been issued and the item has left our workshop.
For personalized orders, cancellations are only permitted within 5 business days of placing the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can assess the situation and manage a resolution.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, and FORMA reserves the right to refuse returns if the item arrives damaged due to improper handling or use.
Exclusions
Sale items or products purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Imperfections and natural variations, such as irregular textures or color differences, are inherent in the artisanal production process and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These characteristics will not be considered defects for returns.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–12 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank. FORMA cannot influence or expedite this process as it is managed externally by financial institutions.
Important Notes for International Customers

Customers outside the EU are responsible for organizing and covering all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes.

FORMA cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during the return shipment process.
